Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Ofia (ofia.io), provided by the Ofia team. By signing in or subscribing you agree to them. Please also read the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer.

The service
Ofia is an AI research assistant for US stocks: it answers questions from market data and shows the steps it took and charts. Ofia is in beta, so features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Not financial advice
Ofia is a research tool. Nothing it shows is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and its answers can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for your own decisions. The Disclaimer is part of these terms.
Your account
You sign in with a Google or Apple account and must be at least 18. An account is for one person: keep it secure and do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
When you use Ofia, do not:
- use it for anything unlawful;
- access it with bots, scrapers or other automated means, or work around its limits;
- resell or redistribute its answers or data, or use them to build a competing data product or service;
- copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
Market data
Ofia's data comes from third-party providers. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and it is provided for your personal research only.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes and invoices; its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown before you pay. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable: we do not refund partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires it. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@ofia.io.
Changes and suspension
We may change or discontinue features. We may change prices, telling you beforehand, from your next billing period. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Ofia at any time, and ask us to delete your account.
Ownership
Ofia's software, design and content belong to the Ofia team or its licensors. You may use the answers you receive for your own research.
Disclaimers and liability
Ofia is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for investment losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and update the date above, and tell you beforehand about significant changes. If you keep using Ofia after they take effect, you accept them. Questions go to support@ofia.io.
