Privacy Policy

• Your account. When you sign in with Google or Apple, Firebase Authentication (a Google service) gives us your email address and an account ID, and keeps the name and profile picture your provider shares. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only see Apple's relay address.
• Your chats. The questions you ask and the answers, steps and charts Ofia returns, so you can come back to them.
• Your subscription. When you subscribe, Lemon Squeezy processes the payment. We receive your subscription status and the name and email you give at checkout. We never see your card details.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser, time and page requested), which we use to run and protect the service, including rate limits.
• Cookies. One essential cookie keeps you signed in, for up to 14 days. Your light or dark theme is remembered in your browser. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

To sign you in and keep your chats, to answer your questions, to run subscriptions, to keep Ofia secure and working, and to reply when you contact us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

• Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting, our database and sign-in.
• Anthropic: the AI model. To write each answer, your question, the conversation so far and the data Ofia retrieves are sent to Anthropic, which under its commercial terms does not train its models on them.
• Lemon Squeezy: payments, as our merchant of record.
• Cloudflare: our domain and the forwarding of email sent to support@ofia.io.
• Google and Apple: when you choose to sign in with them.

In the United States, on Google Cloud. If you use Ofia from elsewhere, your data is transferred to the United States.

Your chats stay until you delete them, which you can do from the sidebar at any time, or until your account is deleted. Account data stays while your account exists. Request logs are kept for about 30 days. Lemon Squeezy keeps payment records for as long as tax law requires.

You can delete any chat yourself. To get a copy of your data, or to delete your account and everything in it, email support@ofia.io from the address you sign in with, and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to correct your data or object to how we use it; ask us the same way.

Ofia is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
